What does a standard Cold Spring village home clean include?

Kitchen (counters, appliance exteriors, inside microwave, sink, stovetop, floors), all bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, vanities, mirrors, fixtures polished, floors), all bedrooms and living areas (dust every surface, mirrors, glass, vacuum, mop hard floors), trash out, beds made or linens swapped, final walkthrough. Flat-rate: 1BR/1BA $150, 2BR/2BA $225, 3BR/3BA $330. Homes larger than 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms are quoted individually to reflect the scope of the property — book as usual and we'll follow up promptly with a custom quote. Recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients pay a lower rate. All prices listed are estimates; final pricing may be slightly higher or lower depending on the condition of the property on the day of service, and we always confirm your final rate before work begins.

Yes. Plant-based, non-toxic products chosen to be safe on antique wide-plank floors, original woodwork, marble, and unlacquered brass — all of which are common in Cold Spring's Main Street and side-street homes. No ammonia, no bleach in living spaces, no acidic stone cleaners.

Yes — a lot of Cold Spring STR hosts book a full deep clean at the end of Breakneck / Bull Hill peak season to reset the property before winter. Deep cleans add baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, vents, behind and under appliances, and detailed wet-wipe of every surface. Deep cleans are $195 (1BR/1BA), $325 (2BR/2BA), and $455 (3BR/3BA). Homes larger than 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms are quoted individually to reflect the scope of the property — book as usual and we'll follow up promptly with a custom quote. All prices listed are estimates; final pricing may be slightly higher or lower depending on the condition of the property on the day of service, and we always confirm your final rate before work begins.

Can you hold a key or lockbox code for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We hold keys and lockbox codes securely for most of our Cold Spring second-home and STR clients. Keys are logged, tagged only with an internal client code (never your address), and stored in a locked cabinet. Codes are rotated whenever staffing changes.
