Deep cleans add baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, vents, behind and under appliances, and detailed wet-wipe of every surface. Deep cleans are $235 (1BR/1BA), $390 (2BR/2BA), and $585 (3BR/3BA). Can you hold a key or lockbox code for us?

Yes. We hold keys and lockbox codes securely for most of our Cold Spring second-home and STR clients. Keys are logged, tagged only with an internal client code (never your address), and stored in a locked cabinet. Codes are rotated whenever staffing changes.
