Our Process
Documented scopes. Consistent teams. Quality checks on every visit.
Cleaning quality falls apart when the process depends on memory. Ours doesn't. Here's how a job runs at Aspen Pristine Clean, whether it's a weekly recurring visit in Rhinebeck or a same-day Airbnb turnover in Hudson.
1. Request
You share property details through our intake form — square footage, bedrooms and baths, service type, access instructions, and any specialty surfaces or pets. It takes about 3 minutes.
2. Flat-rate quote
We confirm scope and return a flat-rate quote within one business day — usually same day. Pricing is by bedrooms and service tier, not by the hour. No surprise add-ons at the end.
3. Schedule and team assignment
You pick a date. We assign a lead cleaner and, where possible, keep the same team on your home so your scope isn't re-learned every visit.
4. Documented clean
Every visit follows a documented scope for that service type — recurring, deep, move-in/out, turnover, commercial, or post-construction. Team leads work off a checklist, not memory.
5. Quality check
The lead does a walk-through before leaving. For short-term rentals, we send a guest-ready photo confirmation and a damage/consumables report where relevant.
6. Follow-up
Anything not right, we come back — no charge, no argument. That's the whole guarantee.
Quality control
- Written scope checklists per service type — the same doc every team uses
- Lead cleaner walk-through before the team leaves the property
- Photo confirmation for short-term rental turnovers
- Consumables and damage reports for rental and estate clients
- Client feedback loop after the first three recurring visits
