1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Aspen Pristine Clean ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aspen Pristine Clean provides residential, commercial, turnover, and deep cleaning services in the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, and surrounding areas) and The Hudson Valley (Hudson, Rhinebeck, Kingston, Catskills, Poughkeepsie, and surrounding areas). Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written or electronic confirmation from our team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care with your property, Aspen Pristine Clean's liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We carry general liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Access & Security

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location. Any keys, codes, or access credentials shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
