Homes larger than 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms are quoted individually to reflect the scope of the property — book as usual and we'll follow up promptly with a custom quote. Recurring hosts pay a lower rate. All prices listed are estimates; final pricing may be slightly higher or lower depending on the condition of the property on the day of service, and we always confirm your final rate before work begins. Deep resets between long stays or seasonal transitions are $255 (1BR), $425 (2BR), and $600 (3BR). Linen laundering is billed per set.

Yes. Our peak-season Aspen and Snowmass schedule is built around the 11 AM checkout / 3 PM check-in window. We stage crews across town so back-to-back bookings never miss the window — and we send you staging photos before the next guest arrives.

Do you provide linens and restock supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a hospitality-grade linen and towel program (fresh sets per turn, laundered in commercial-grade equipment), plus restocking of coffee, TP, paper towel, dish tabs, laundry pods, soap, and welcome amenities. You can also supply your own — we track and rotate.

Yes. We integrate with the major short-term rental PMS platforms (Guesty, Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez) and can also work directly from iCal. Cleans auto-schedule off your booking calendar, so you never manually assign a turn.

What happens if a guest damages the property?

Accepted Answer

Every turnover includes a damage and missing-item inspection. If we find anything — burn marks, broken glassware, stained linens, missing amenities — we document with photos and notify you same-day so you can file the Airbnb/VRBO resolution claim before the next guest arrives.
