Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every job is flat-rate and itemized before we start. You approve the scope and the number, and that number does not change unless you add scope. Hourly billing rewards slow work; flat-rate does not.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

Accepted Answer

A standard clean maintains an already-clean home: surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and general tidying. A deep clean resets a home that has not been professionally cleaned recently — baseboards, vents, blinds, inside the oven and refrigerator, grout detail, door frames, light fixtures, and behind and under movable furniture.

Standard pricing excludes exterior windows, carpet and upholstery extraction, mold and biohazard remediation, hoarding conditions, post-construction dust removal, and pest-related cleanup. Those are quoted separately or referred to a specialist.

How do I get an exact price?

Submit the booking request form with bedroom and bathroom count, square footage, pets, and photos of any problem areas. Photos materially improve quote accuracy. Most quotes are returned during business hours, usually within an hour.

How is recurring pricing different from one-time pricing?

The published rates on this page are one-time rates. Recurring clients pay less per visit than those same numbers, because a home on a regular schedule never accumulates the buildup a one-off clean has to work through, and predictable routing lets us hold a lower rate. Weekly and biweekly schedules receive the largest reduction, monthly a smaller one. The scope of the clean does not shrink — only the price per visit.

When do recurring rates start applying?

Recurring pricing applies from your second visit onward, once the schedule is set. The first visit is billed at the one-time rate for the service you book, and for most homes that first visit is a deep clean so the property starts at the standard we maintain it to. From visit two on, you are billed the recurring rate for a standard clean at your home's size.

Which schedules qualify as recurring?

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly standing schedules qualify. Short-term rental turnovers qualify once you are running roughly three or more turns per month at the same property. One-time cleans, seasonal resets, move-in / move-out cleans, and post-construction work are always billed at one-time rates.

Is the recurring rate locked in?

Yes. Your rate is locked for the duration of the schedule, so invoices stay predictable. We only revisit the number if the scope changes — added square footage, a new wing or finished basement, a change in pets, or a move from biweekly to monthly.

What happens if I skip or pause a visit?

Occasional skips are fine and keep your recurring rate. If the gap between visits stretches well past your cadence — for example, a biweekly home going two months — that visit is billed at the one-time rate for the extra work it takes to reset the home, and the recurring rate resumes on the next scheduled visit. Pausing for a season does not cancel your rate; tell us your return date and we hold it.

Do recurring rates apply to homes larger than 3 bed / 3 bath?

Yes. Homes larger than 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms are quoted individually rather than from the published table, and that custom quote includes both a one-time number and a recurring number for the cadence you want. Book as usual and we will follow up promptly with both.
