Aspen Pristine Clean was founded by Jay Kassirer to bring hospitality-grade cleaning standards to two of the most demanding second-home markets in the country - the Hudson Valley, New York and the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado.
Background
Before founding Aspen Pristine Clean in 2025, Jay was Director of Hospitality at The Surf Lodge in Montauk and The Snow Lodge at St. Regis Aspen from 2023 to 2025. His other roles include Director of Residences at EAM Services, Director of Inflight Operations at IAC, and real estate with Compass from 2021 to 2023. That's the world APC comes from: homes that have to be guest-ready on a deadline, with every detail documented.
