What to include when you reach out
- Property address or at least the town
- Bedroom and bathroom count, and approximate square footage
- Whether you want a one-time clean or a recurring schedule
- Pets in the home, and any fragrance or product sensitivities
- Specialty surfaces — marble, unlacquered brass, oiled hardwood, antique finishes
- Access details: keys, codes, gates, parking, HOA rules
- Photos of kitchens, bathrooms, and any problem areas — these improve quote accuracy more than anything else
