Homes larger than 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms are quoted individually to reflect the scope of the property — book as usual and we'll follow up promptly with a custom quote. All prices listed are estimates; final pricing may be slightly higher or lower depending on the condition of the property on the day of service, and we always confirm your final rate before work begins.

Do I have to be there for the clean?

No. Most of our move cleans are done with a lockbox, key handoff, or building access instructions. We photo-document before we leave so you don't need to inspect in person.

Will this help me get my security deposit back?

Accepted Answer

It's the reason most tenants book us. We follow a landlord- and broker-oriented checklist, and we send you before/after photos you can forward to your landlord or property manager. If a landlord flags something after the fact, we'll come back and re-clean the specific issue within 24 hours — free.

Do you clean empty homes and furnished homes differently?

Yes. Empty homes let us reach behind and under everything — cabinets get cleaned inside because they're empty, floors get done wall-to-wall, and appliances are pulled out for the sides. Furnished homes get the same detail wherever access allows, plus surface, glass, and floor detail around the furniture.
